Fifty years of experience at the service of boating
History and Tradition
Founded by Pietro Zuanelli in 1972, the son of Garda fishermen with a great passion for the lake and boats, the company started out dedicating itself to boat storage, quickly evolving toward maintenance, repairs and interior fit-outs.
In 1975, Cantiere Zuanelli acquired know-how from Alpa of Offanengo, specializing in the construction of fiberglass sailing boats, and it is with this acquisition that the beginning of the "custom strategy" is marked.
In 1986 Pietro handed over the leadership of the boatyard to his children Mario and Francesca, who had already been working alongside him for some time, while still remaining present as a support and help.
Under the leadership of the second generation, the boatyard developed and grew.
Starting in 2010, the third generation of Zuanellis, represented by Mario's children Andrea, Paolo and Sara, began to take an increasingly active part in the company's operations.

Response to the Crisis
Since 2007, in response to the market crisis, the boatyard has expanded its consulting and refitting services, working on boats up to 70 feet.
Innovation and Sustainability
In recent years, the boatyard has explored the use of new materials and technologies such as aluminum, recyclable and eco-friendly, and infusion, a system for molding fiberglass boats that drastically reduces emissions into the atmosphere. When it comes to on-board accessories, careful attention is paid to the use of clean energy such as wind and solar.
Equipped Facility
The boatyard has a 400m² molding hall, a 1200m² fit-out shed, a large yard for storage and all the machinery needed to carry out 360° work on any boat.

Collaborations and One-offs
Over the years, alongside "standard" production, the boatyard has also built, in collaboration with various companies, designers and private clients, boats that do not belong to the "Z series". Some of these collaborations are:
- Over: A racing design by Eng. Starkel, with great results in national competitions.
- Tè Salt: A racing design by Arch. Felci, a participant in the Mini Transat.
- Aluaka: An aluminum boat, winner of the 2019 Ark+.
- Trilogy: A 34-foot motorboat used for public service.
Recent Collaborations: :
- The boatyard handled the interior fit-out, the exterior finish and the systems of a boat designed by the Bologna Polytechnic with an experimental rig conceived by an Italian startup.
- Since 2024, the boatyard has been building the C32, a day-sailer designed and marketed by Comuzzi Yachts.
